Using the SES3 BPA
To access the Avineon team’s services under this BPA, follow these steps:
- Identify requirements;
- Contact BPA Project Officer Kelley H. Marshall (919.541.2125) and Contracting Officer David Fuller (202.564.4767);
- Develop a Statement of Work (SOW) and Request for Quote (RFQ);
- Review responses and select a vendor (Avineon is the only small business prime);
- Initiate and complete work.
